HIGH PERFORMANCE ADHESIVE “HARDLOC”
HARDLOC is a structural two-part type modified acrylate adhesive which has high impact resistance, and which was developed using DENKA’s original technology.
HARDLOC has excellent adhesive qualities on various materials including metals, ceramics, and plastics, and it is widely used as an adhesive alternative to sheet metal welding. It also copes with a wide range of designs such the joining of different materials.
Unlike traditional structural adhesives, HARDLOC cures at room temperature, which significantly improves work efficiency, as there is no need for heating equipment.
DENKA has also developed UV curing adhesives for optical-use and two-part type polyurethane(PU) adhesives to satisfy various needs. Various application devices have also been developed to enable users to obtain the optimum performance from these adhesives.
This adhesive, used for structural components in construction field, sets at room temperature in only a few minutes, and has high-impact strength. It is very useful for bonding with metal parts since it has excellent workability.
UV light curing adhesives(Polyene-Polythiol)
An enethiol resin-based UV hardening type adhesive for optical use, developed through our proprietary technologies. Offers excellent optical performance, and is used for pasting and adhesion of optical paths for lenses and prisms in optical equipment.
UV light curing adhesives(Acrylate)
A UV hardening type adhesive using acrylic resin . Quick hardening by UV irradiation is obtained, thereby contributing to labor saving such as reduced production lines, etc. For hardening portions where UV light is not applicable, double hardening function type such as UV heating, 2-liquid UV, etc. are also available.
